Clinicians may ask you to bring your child’s everyday shoes to the appointment so they can evaluate the wear patterns and pinpoint what may be causing their pain. The doctor may observe your child walking, standing or running - regularly and on their toes - to better understand the mechanics of your child’s feet. Doctors will ask your child to describe the pain - dull, sharp, sudden, burning - and whether there are any activities that ease the pain or worsen it. At Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a trained pediatric orthopedic physician will perform a complete medical history, physical examination and visual evaluation of your child. If your child is not experiencing any pain or other symptoms, no further testing is usually needed.Ĭhildren who have symptoms should be examined by experts in pediatric foot conditions. Children with flat feet are often diagnosed by their pediatricians.

10% drop rate (according to Wowhead) and not a single ore? Come on, it sure seems like something else is affecting drop rates other than simple probability and RNG. ie 12 times 10 Technicians = 120 technicians with approx. Now, I know statistically I could run it a bazillion times and not get a drop but probability wise having no drops is statistically speaking very small indeed. I tried 3 different packs, 3 times each and then a few extra times on one pack for luck and not one Elementium Ore dropped. Some of the raid weren't attuned and were lock summoned in and some ran through via UBRS but had not finished their attunement (this also may be relevant). When I started farming I was the only 1 left online still in the raid (this might be relevant). It was only level 80s (I don't think that matters). I focused on the caster because of her annoying polymorph ability, then the 2 warlocks and then the Technicians, leaving the warrior for the soft reset via dismissing pet and then FDing.Īdditional factors of raid that may or may not be relevant. 15 minutes later I thought I'd try farming up some ore for the AQ quest chain. No Elementium dropped from these 2 packs. We cleared first pack and pack on stairs for someone who needed Draconian for Dummies. I suggest it's like the new BoE recipes that can only be rolled by, say, tailors for the new lumberjack shirts patterns.Īny information would be appreciated, thanks !ĮDIT: Went back in with the same ID of the instance with my deathknight (who's a miner) - after the instance had been soft-reset -, killed Krixxix again, and he dropped the book (that's called "Goblin's Guide to Elementium", but this item doesn't appear on Wowhead, but still, exists.)Ĭomment by PachamamaThere is something going on here with drop rates. None of us is a miner, then maybe it's got something to do with it? I also killed Krixxix (twice) and seen no book drop. Does anyone have the same issue? It's getting pretty annoying, these ores have no real value on the market, it is only required for the damn sword - as well as AQ weps, but who really cares - so why would a restriction have been put to the farming of this ?. Comment by 309289I tried to get the elementium ores for Thunderfury by killing the technicians and leaving the instance to reset the pack, but in hundreds kills (>200), I haven't seen any ore drop. |
